Once again I find myself in a position of gratitude toward those that have helped me look good in the eyes of our customers.  IronLinx has again performed wonderfully!  Our main season is now at an end and we just finished evaluating where we made mistakes and noted areas that need improvement.  When the topic of order fulfillment came up, all we could say was.... nothing!  You guys were great.  I wouldn't change a thing.  What else can I say except - thanks for a great job; we could not have done it without you.

IronLinx Distribution Services is a family-owned and operated order fulfillment service located in the Philadelphia Metropolitan area.

IronLinx's founder, F. Scott Danby,  designed the system  which powers IronLinx shortly after graduating Penn State University in 2002.  During its first few months, IronLinx began serving about a half-dozen customers in a 3200 square foot unused warehouse space occupying one of the Danby family's lumber distribution facilities.  Today, IronLinx occupies approximately 27,000 feet of modern pick and pack space, and serves customers that come to IronLinx from around the world.   Scott and his wife Andrea, along with a management team of outside business professionals continue to run and expand the business.

Since day one, IronLinx has been focused on serving the first-time fulfillment customer.  Many customers have e-commerce sites, while others are brick-and-mortar or wholesale oriented.    From the moment you begin with IronLinx, you'll know that you're getting more than just a fulfillment vendor - Scott and his team of professionals will do everything they can to help you understand how the process works, and work with you diligently to see that your transition is smooth and easy! 

IronLinx's facility is located in beautiful Kennett Square, PA.  Also known as the Mushroom Capital of the World, the Kennett Square community is an industrial giant in the vegetable and produce markets.  Kennett Square is located just minutes from the ports of Delaware and Philadelphia, and within 1-2 hours from ports of New Jersey/New York, Baltimore, MD, and Virginia. (If you plan on visiting IronLinx and are a food connoisseur, we highly recommend visiting during the Annual Mushroom Festival that is held each Fall, or watch for original programming on the Food Network).

IronLinx takes environmental responsibility seriously, and is proud to operate a "Paperless Warehouse", whereby no paperwork is necessary to perform the pick-pack operation.  Additionally, IronLinx recycles all used cardboard boxes and more than 50% of its filler material consumption is comprised of recycled product.  Our green initiatives help the environment, help keep your costs down, and help drive an efficient warehousing operation.
